All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days.

For US customers, the USPS may not update their tracking information until they receive the package on their side. In this instance, please allow around a week for the tracking information to update.

We offer free shipping globally. Shipping times are calculated at checkout, depending on the country orders from.

Please be aware that delivery times can become longer if your order is placed during busier periods such as national/international holidays.

There are circumstances in which we can try and expedite delivery at an extra cost. If you would like this, please contact support@ripplimpactgear.com. We make no guarantees that we are able to do this and the request would have to be submitted before we process your order.

5.1 Return Due To Change of Mind

Rippl Impact Gear will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.

5.2 Warranty Returns

Rippl Impact Gear provides a 3-month warranty period.

If you would like to issue a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 3 months of you receiving the package.

This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. There are times where imagery and videos are sufficient. There are times where we will request that you send the product back to us. Upon agreement that the claim is valid, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
